This Privacy Policy explains what information PayGate Pro (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) collects when you use our crypto payment gateway for DHRU Fusion stores, how we protect it, and your choices. We built PayGate Pro around a simple principle: we verify payments, we never take custody of your funds, and your keys stay yours.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — the email address you register with, and authentication data (password hash, optional 2FA secret).
• Configuration data — your Binance API key and your TRC20, BEP20, and ERC20 wallet addresses. These are stored encrypted at rest (AES-128) and are never exposed in any file, log, or API response.
• Transaction metadata — the transaction IDs and amounts your gateway verifies, used to confirm payments and prevent reuse. We do not move, hold, or withdraw your funds at any point.
• Billing data — your plan, balance, and top-up records. Top-ups are arranged directly with us (e.g. via Telegram).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request logs, retained for security, fraud prevention, and abuse mitigation.

2. How we use your information

• To verify cryptocurrency payments against the blockchain and the Binance API and to credit your DHRU store balance.
• To operate your account, process billing, and provide support.
• To secure the Service — rate limiting, blocking brute-force and scanning activity, and preventing transaction reuse.

3. How we protect your data

Credentials and wallet addresses are encrypted at rest. Access to the production database is restricted to localhost and is not reachable from the internet. Traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Not even an administrator with database access can read your API key or wallet address back out in plaintext.

4. Third-party services

To verify payments, the Service interacts with public blockchain networks (TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum) and the Binance API. These interactions are limited to reading on-chain and order data needed to confirm a payment. Your use of Binance and any wallet remains subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain account, configuration, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw configuration data by removing it from your dashboard. To make a request, contact us via the channel below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
