Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PayGate Pro (“the Service”), a crypto payment verification gateway for DHRU Fusion stores. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

PayGate Pro verifies cryptocurrency payments (Binance Pay, and USDT/USDC on TRC20, BEP20, and ERC20) and instructs your DHRU Fusion store to credit the corresponding balance. Payments are sent directly to wallet addresses you control. The Service never takes custody of, holds, or transmits your funds.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet addresses and API keys you configure. The Service cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address you provided.

3. Plans, billing & balance

• The Service is offered on subscription plans (Light, Pro, Ultimate) charged from a pre-paid balance, as described on our pricing page.
• Top-ups are arranged directly with us. Plan fees are deducted from your balance on the stated cycle.
• If your balance is insufficient, your gateway is paused automatically until you top up. You will receive email warnings before billing where possible.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Except where required by law, fees already applied are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the sale of prohibited goods, and not to attempt to probe, scan, overload, or circumvent the security of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

5. Third-party networks

The Service relies on public blockchain networks and the Binance API, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays, failures, forks, or fee changes on those networks, nor for the availability of any third-party provider.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for verifying your own configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayGate Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds arising from incorrect configuration, third-party network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
